Operating a company in Japan
In order for a foreigner to operate a business in Japan, the acquisition of a visa as a “Investor/Business manager” is required.
In establishing a company, there are many important things to do beyond simply setting up the company itself, including the acquisition of various permits and getting a handle on a myriad of contracts.

Application for status of residence
- Consultation regarding application
- Preparation of application form and other necessary documents
- Translation of documents written in a foreign language
- Filing of application at the immigration office on behalf of client
- After application, provision of support until a certificate of authorization is issued
- After receipt of certificate, provision of documents to client’s home country
- Confirmation of entry into Japan and support for various registration procedures

- Undertaking of procedures for endorsement after any permit is granted
