STEP 4: Acknowledge receiving of the necessary documents

We will let you know the documents that needs to be prepared.

STEP 5: Application preparation (document preparation / inspection)

We will check the contents of the documents and additional documents will be requested if necessary.

STEP 6: Apply on your behalf

You do not need to go to the Immigration Bureau.
